Decided to try to login and try this game out today in which I noticed my account was deleted from 2010. Any info as to what happened?

As the character <<user account>> was free it has been automatically created for you. If you want to create another character simply click Character Management from the home page.
If you have and difficulties getting in-game simply reply to this e-mail for assistance.
lol yeah, there have been a couple resets since then. If you remember your old information we can help you try to recover the character. It would be easiest to reach out to us via discord. To answer your second question, no idea.
