I'm going to take a scientific method to solve the problem to one of the most asked question since the inception of RSCE: Who is the best pker?

First we need to define what a PKer is.

In this instance we define PKer as a player killer.

I'm going to ignore low levels and focus solely on flats player killing.

Now what does player killing mean? In our context, we're talking about a player that kills other players specifically in the wilderness (Not in the DM arena, or staking).

Now we need to flesh out this context a little more and play to a variety of scenarios to really find out who truly is the best.

Scenario 1:

If every player killer in the game had one flats account and did not have a single team member, whom would on average walk out of the wilderness having killed the most players?

Scenario 2:

If there were two identical teams with only this certain player being the difference, would their presence change the outcome of the team fight?
How big of a role does this player play in a team without being the outright leader/shotcaller?

Scenario 3:

How well can this person shot call and lead the attention of the team towards victory?

Game sense:

Does this player know when a fight is lost and start looking for an exit? Does this player know when they're getting baited? etc

Mechanics:

- Casting speed

- Catching

- Prayer management

- Catching through a big crowd of people

- Casting in a big pile of people

- How fast they can find a target when called out by a team leader

I've taken all of these aspects of the game into account and have come with a conclusion of whom is the BEST PKER in the current iteration of RSCEMULATION.
