I have always played on my Samsung phone through the app but I now cannot type using the keyboard from the side menu?

Every time I try to type it stays blank but on the keyboard it’s picking up the letters but not on rsce.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still no good.

Any help would be great, Thanks
