Greetings RSCEmulation Patrons,

We are very excited to announce some major updates and changes to RSCEmulation, which take affect immediately following this post. We have made a lot of the changes with our community in mind, the previous loyal players who devoted countless amounts of time and money, and players who just overall enjoyed playing RSCEmulation.

V1 Transfers Are Now Live!

We have coded a system which will allow you to transfer over any of your v1 characters to our current game. Here are some answers and helpful information regarding transfers:

- You will get to keep your completed quests and quest points for those completed quests.
- All items will be transferred (inventory and bank, excluding gold, and custom rares. All normal rares will come along) with your character(s).
- Your bank (since it was shared on v1) will be transferred to the FIRST character you transfer off, if you have multiple characters on the same account.
- We have coded in an easy way to find your accounts using our lookup tool.
- We have coded in the ability to recover your account(s) if you supplied a valid email address using our recovery tool.
- If you know the password to a character or forum account, ALL the characters that belonged on the account, will be available for transfer.

Important! Once you have transferred your character, in order to log in to it, you must visit your character management page and change the password.

Our goal is still to have you all enjoy RSCEmulation for the great server it was and still is! We have made almost all of our "extra" features completely free of charge. In addition, see the list of changes below, you won't be disappointed. For those who wanted to log in and just "play" or "pk", we have granted that wish. Keep in mind, for those who love the grind aspect, we have not taken any of that away from you at all!

The following is a list of changes live as of now:

- Wilderness indicator (F2P), (P2P), (P2PG)
- Free PK Day indicator in F2 menu (ON/OFF)
- Automated Free PK Day system (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sundays) ALL your pk gear, casts, and potions will be completley FREE!
- Moderators can toggle free pk day at any time.
- 7 new skill capes & Hoods (Cooking, Crafting, Firemaking, Fishing, Fletching, Herblaw, Agility)
- You can now duel people with altered stats from the stat panel.
- Modified character indicator a cyan colored [M] on the players right click menu, hover and duel text, when a player has altered their stats using the stat panel.
- Free Pk Day (FPD) gear, food, potions, magic book for free (bolt, strike, wave and blast spells),
- The Warmaster NPC (found in Edge bank) will now give players free pk gear when free pk days are activated (4 days a week)
- Fixed a bug where players could teleport away in combat.
- New magic formula.
- New PvP combat formula.
- Fixed some minor typo's.

In light of all the new changes, we hope we have brought some excitement back in all of you, and promise you we aren't stopping here. We have a lot more to come and hope you join us on this nostalgic journey!
