I think we should do V2 transfer, seeing as how a lot of us didn't get our old V1 stuff/chars back.

Some of the data in the database contains V2 accounts as well. You need to also take in to consideration, if we transfer v2, it will contain tons of duplicates of v1, which have already been transferred.
