3 days per week, around 25 to 35 hours. I'm around the other days just not as much.

How would you describe yourself? (Quality & Flaws)
Qualities: Intelligent with an education and experience in software development (specifically testing new releases using white and blackbox testing methods automated and manually), database management, networking skills, bug reporting and tracking, strong communication and customer service skills and of course loving what I do each and every day.

Flaws: Sometimes gullible and too trusting of people and their intentions because I was raised to believe all people are good people. I've learned to say less than is necessary to protect information from people who wish to do or say bad things to put you down. Working to better my abilities in conflict resolution and not let others control me by pushing the right buttons, and admitting that I am wrong when I am. I abused a bug and it damaged my character and the trust I had. It was wrong of me to think it was ever ok to do so.

What can we expect of you as a moderator?
To protect my player identity so that I can be fair to everyone and without bias. I want to use my experience and education in the most positive way I can think of (by contributing to a community I love and sometimes can't stand). To be involved in all aspects of the game (PKing, staking, skilling, events, preventing players from abusing other players and spotting bugs before they become serious issues). I really would like responsibility to promote the server in various ways to recruit new player base at least a few hours a week.

I don't expect access to sensitive info or commands without first showing that I can be depended on and proving that my addition to the team has a ripple effect on every player and persons with business interests that's beyond measure.
