Ability to change in client chat size

Like we can zoom in and out, the ability to enlarge the chat size would be dope. Many of us are getting old and going blind from staring at screens all day. Maybe its just me, idk. Help a brother out.

Windows 10 and High resolution displays often have the issue with java clients that the font is too small to read properly so heres a fix:
- Open up your client
- CTRL + ALT + DEL -> Taskmanager
- CLOSE ALL JAVA PROCESSES!!!!

And finaly:

- Click APPLY. Done! Then just run the RSCE_Launcher.jar
