I've been unable to report 10-15 people today because of this stupid error, If people have spoken in global then they have spoken recently. IF I can click on their name in the chatbox and report them via that, that should be recently enough to report someone. But this is literally a matter of 3-5 seconds that is " too late  to report " . I don't know what needs to be changed but I'm sick of people with trash accounts, and saying shit things being allowed to get away with it.

Also, if you try to report people for say " offensive name " you will still get  "You can only report players who have spoken/traded recently. " There shouldn't be a per-requisite for that, idk if it's a glitch or intended but the report system is broken and a lot of these new players need to get their dues.
