BUFF DROPS AND MAKE THIEVING BACK AS IT WAS!! drops should be buffed not nerfed.. not trying to ask anything for free but nerf drops like really? pking is what makes servers populated so please buff the fucking drop table.. and put back emus OG cb formula, i dont see point 97def with full rune getting damaged by low level npc no stop. sorry for bitching.. but you worked so hard dont kill it now please
The drops were improved over the last few days. Some monsters still need some adjustment but overall, it's better. Let me know if you believe some monsters are off and i will take a look at said monsters.
+1000, these ridiculous drop rates of certain items from farming and other viable money building skills nerfings is what will kill any servers, the returns is just not reasonable or enticing anymore for people to do, it's not even following rsc's drop rate and actual data. It's not going to take long for the majority of ppl to have ever increasing resentments to these atrocious grindings and a unnecessary much harder time wasting pursuit to get the things they need to continually enjoy the game.
I also love the fact that of how this covert silent update was implemented without even an announcement made nor any intention to inform players or let alone any polls to consult with players properly first whether people really want this change or not,giving me the impression that it was done deliberately to hoping the players wouldn't notice this change, quite a sneaky move, certainly lost my trust as a loyal and devoted player here.
Can already see a lower playercount at this peak time of the day when it should be 200+ at this time since last week until now with this change, which clearly says someting about this update. Might as well call this Grindscape, if the mission objective of this server is to make things harder over time for the players. This will eventually lead a steady exodus of people giving up and quit if its not fixed. People will lose patience and become ever increasingly frustrated over time.

Black demons and dragons are still completely garbage, or then im just super unlucky along with other people. Only item they drop is mithril 2h, and the runes drops seems to be quite off aswell. 20 greaters drops more runes than 100 black dragons.. 😕
It's nothing like RSCE use to be, I'd hate to see people leaving after such a great start due to things being so hard to obtain..
At the moment, you basically lose money on farming any NPC that requires u to use pots

The "lowering" player count is probably because the people who were playing illegitimately are probably not logging in to as many thievers any more.
To address it being a "shady" move. We intend on releasing notes on any changes we make, whether it be right away, or when we release our full patch notes.
We haven't denied decreasing rates and adjusting thieving. If we did and had no intentions on addressing it, then you could deem it as a "shady" move.
However, we will still look at adjusting other things, such as NPC drops etc. Please don't let such a little thing discourage you, with the communities input and suggestions, we can make adjustments that we feel would be benefical and fair.
Sorry you feel the way you do, but ultimately, we are looking out for the servers future. Having the batch system in place makes your job less tedious and our rewards still far surpass what they do on retail RuneScape Classic.

I think its important to focus on buffing other skills than nerfing thieving. Make more magic trees, increase drop rate on Nature runes at hobs, make a ranging spot where people can safely farm.
why don't you guys just fix people botting since whoever made the bot isn't there to update it, instead of nerfing stuff in-game that hurts legit players just as much as botters? Or can you just not add bot protection? Curious You're literally going to lower the rate on something that is RSC based (already slow as fuck) to something else because you can't fix a bot problem?
+a million for buff..killed like 30 black demons yesterday 600 gp like 100 airs 300 fires iron bar lobster....not even close to reasonable had to cut my losses and end farming trip early would think after 4 seperate forum posts from different people and like 20 different people supporting it that surely there would be a buff..nut a nerf? dont understand why to go against majority

we dont want it at 5x for thieving we want it at 1x, you have it at .2x literally its a useless skill. I suggest making thieving back to normal but not adding any type of boost.

we dont want it at 5x for thieving we want it at 1x, you have it at .2x literally its a useless skill. I suggest making thieving back to normal but not adding any type of boost.
Yeah, it should be back to normal, and they should focus on adding bot protections, and banning the botters, it just makes things harder for us who play legit now
I wish i was hired to be part of the problem. i would dedicate my time to find bot and ban them. i been playing runescape from way way way back. when i had to pay 5 dollar a month to play the member world. so trust me i know a bot when i see a bot. i can tell is a bot just by the way they move, the way they answer back. hit me up pyru if you interesting on having a bounty hunter for bot i will glady take the job. i dont want no reward, no gp, no cash, no nothing. i just want to do it for the legit player out there. i know how hard is to level up and stuff. so i gladly take on this job.
