Runescape's gambling problem

Imagine if you could sell your subs for 3.5$ USD...
Ok so, we have a select group of gamblers here who buy subs all the time, lose them, and keep buying more.
And we have the select few who never buy them for cash, buy always buy them and use them for gold in-game.
Imagine if you could sell them back for 3.5$ USD, which is half of the worth.
Jackass01 said it best, would probably need a licence to do that. But i think sub sales would increase drastically,
because not only the people who buy them now would buy more of them, but people who used to not buy them, will
start to buy them hoping to turn a profit.
Gambling is HUGE in NA, and I think that it would not only bring a lot more money for the server and future updates,
but it would bring a bigger community of toxic gamblers who talk shit and spend money. Wait maybe this is a terrible idea xD

Yeah & then also add a poker room to edge for real money gambling - get pokerstars to set up the random card generator so it can be rigged as truck. Then also set up a horse track for virtual horse betting - get b365 to sort this out. And a penny fountain . ?
