So with thieving NPCs being nerfed to the point where it's utterly pointless to do if you're playing legit, I propose a solution in the form of new thievable chests. I think it would be fun to have them in wildy, since, everything's more fun in wildy. It would add a new element to an otherwise fairly boring skill.
This also prevents against botters, since it's way harder to create a script that ventures into wildy past aggro mobs, pkers, etc, than it is to just right click pickpocket heroes.
The new chests could either follow the same style of the blood rune chests (teleport you back to some arbitrary location after a thieve), or there could be multiple locations in wildy that you would run between thieving. Or, maybe there could be a chest in non-wildy that ports you to a known location in wildy, which could possibly add a new place for pkers to check. I like the idea of bringing pking and skilling to one arena.
TL;DR buff thieving for legit players for fucks sake
add some chests or some way to use thieving that does the following things:
1) Doesn't introduce straight GP into the game and flood the market. e.g. rune ess chests, mystery item chests, more more nature/blood/law chests, or something similar)
2) IS difficult to bot. I think the best solution to this is put it in wildy. But really anywhere will help, its quite frustrating to have invest all of my first week on leveling thieving only to have it nerfed as soon as i hit a decent lvl to profit
