I'm usually afk through work but I'm online 8-10hrs a day. I play at least 4-5 days a week.

How would you describe yourself? (Quality & Flaws)
Quality: I'm a bright, level headed individual. I try to help out the community as much as I can through mediation, advice, and information. I've started multiple startups where I've grown my user base to the tens of thousands, which can be helpful if the server wants to go in that direction. I've also managed 54 people under me at my last job so I've had my fair share of situations to diffuse. I think of fair and just solutions, making me a great candidate for mod.

Flaws: I do become emotional at times, but as a moderator -- I know there's a need to stay calm and collected.

What can we expect of you as a moderator?
Someone who is available in my time frame. I'll be able and willing to help anyone in need. I've never taken bias to a side on RSCE and I don't plan to start.  I also have some bankroll to run some events so you can expect quite a few.
