I expect an apology.

I was just teleported while training 4 toons at one time by Nova the mod. He immediately accused me of botting. I was stealing from the men in edge running 4 toons at once training them to be thiefs. Playing multipul toons at once IS NOT against the rules I checked, and have read the entirety of the rules. 

I am VERY offended at the thought that I was just accused of botting and told "ill be watching" literally just a moment before Nova showed up and accused me I was HAVING A CONVERSATION with another player so obviously he wasn't sitting there for any extend amount of time watching.. All this happened within 5 minutes of me donating to the server. I suggest you get your shit in order and treat your players with some respect, seeing how that is one of the rules on this server Nova I suggest you go back and read them.

Take a professional tip from someone who works in law enforcement, even those I think are breaking the law or even know they are breaking the law i still have to treat them with respect. If I were to accuse a good person of doing some shit that they CLEARLY didn't do my ass would get chewed out. So yeah I chewed Nova out seeing as that was my natural reaction to being accused of something I hadn't done when it was clearly obvious to me if he had sat and watched for 10 minuets he could have seen the conversation I was having.

Seriously so mad I can barely type.

Another thing, as I tried to calm myself down and get back to training my toons Nova shows up and continues to nag me on, bassically telling me to train my toons and saying oh what you can't do it now? Well no shit while talking shit to you telling you to fuck yourself I don't have to do shit because ur telling me to do it. PERIOD.  Thanks for wasting my time, pissing me off and encouraging me to take my money elsewhere.

Next time you see someone that you think is botting heres what you should do. WATCH, sit there and watch them invisible, okay 10 minutes go by ur still thinking there botting teleport them next to you, and be FRIENDLY. Watch and see if there other toons continue doing w/e they were doing, see the reaction of the toon you teleported, are they speaking are they aware of whats going on? DONT YOU DARE be passive aggressive with that person and start accusing them ESPECIALLY if there toons stop, the toon you just teloported stopped AND THEY ARE FUCKING TALKING TO YOU. Jesus christ. Get your shit together fucking idiot.

I know this post has vulgar language and lacks respect and that is against the rules, but when you have mods that are disrespectful and throwing accusations around like the oprah winfrey show what do you expect?

First all, I understand your frustration, and apologize for you feeling that way. Secondly, our moderators are here as volunteers, with strict guidelines to follow while checking players.

I have reviewed the actions the moderator in question has taken and have concluded that he did not use any power out of context. You were in no-way singled out, and lashing out at the moderator in question, was probably a poor choice.

We understand people train on multiple characters, and the location you chose to do so, would not be an ideal location for someone to auto (macro). Still, random checks by our staff team, are what keep RSCEmulation a "cleaner" environment, from people who decide to use third party clients.

If a moderator suspects you of possibly using a third party client, we encourage them to keep a closer watch on said player(s), because once again, we want to try and keep RSCEmulation an unwelcoming place for macros.

Please accept my apology for you feeling mistreated. I hope you understand our reasoning for the random check was not to treat you poorly, disrespect you, or single you out.

We hope you can get over this unfortunate event and see the brighter side to playing here at RSCEmulation.

See that is how I expect a mod to act, I am 100% feel satisfied with your response and how you have handled the situation. I just want to add, that while requesting another mod Nova laughed at me, and told me he is a mod. He lacks a very serious ability to treat people with respect and I expect this to be a continuing trend. I seriously hope that Nova doesn't continue to harass me as he has.

I work in law enforcement. I'm the guy that pulls people over for speeding or other small infractions and I just want to say that I personally think that Nova has no place on the staff here based on his actions and how he treats the people of this community.

Anyhow I'm on the fence if I will stay or not I agree I shouldn't have lost my cool the way I did, but I'm only human. I'm not at work and being paid to put up with bullshit so therefore I shouldn't have to especially from a mod who is being blatantly disrespectful.

I feel the moderator in question did handle the situation between yourself and him in a satisfactory manner. Don't get me wrong, there is always room for improvements, and I am sure he will learn a little from each of these scenarios.

In my opinion, the moderator in question did not laugh when you requested another moderator to offend you, but because there was probably not another option at the current time. He cannot ignore the fact that you are lashing out at him for just doing his job, and to defuse the situation, he muted one of your characters (which is probably what any of us would have done).

As I stated, you were not singled out, and there is always room for improvements (within our moderation / staff team). I know his intentions were well, regardless of your encounter with him. I can only suggest you hold no grudges, put this encounter in the past, and continue to enjoy RSCEmulation.

Who cares whether he’s perfect or not. He’s spending his own time trying to ban botters and make the server a better place for the rest of us. Take the good with the bad dude. Mod nova owns, he accused me of bottling and I simply did what he asked in order to prove I wasn’t , and moved on with my life
