For consideration. To appeal to those who normally wouldn't have any interest in fighting in the wilderness, we could do a zone with a wall or fence in roughly 30-35 wilderness where players can fight to the death without losing their items. As it stands, a good percentage of players are interested in pking, and those players will continue to PK. The idea is to encourage the players who have no interest in risking their stuff to take part in a wilderness location JUST for the fun of fighting at only the cost of food and expendable PK items such as food, arrows, and runes. No drawbacks really, as it won't serve much purpose for players who enjoy risking their items, but it does serve as a place where players can practice PK as an alternative to walking the wilderness looking for a fight.
I enjoy skilling, a little pking, and would absolutely take advantage of a portal location to "Safe PK Zone" to practice things like casting and catching, and if there's no fights to be found in the rest of the wilderness, I could check the Safe Zone as an alternative. We could add unique features to the Zone such as buildings and NPCs. Would be a lot of fun. I'd foresee the average Wilderness count jumping from 60ish to 80ish at any given time. Add a portal into and out of the Zone. It would also give skillers a nice option to take a break from hours of skilling to go for a few quick fights without losing their loot.

+1 tbh, I can't see any downsides of a ''safe'' PK zone where skillers or people who actually never PKed could try themselves out.
Im myself is a PKer, and i love the content, the risk of getting the values, or losing it.. But I can also see the guy who might play on android, who never pked and dont want to ''nolife''' having 30 accounts in different levels parked to give it a shot. So no downsides of this.
And also if you want to try out a harmless nonrisky PK and find someone, ill gladly help you. Let me know.
+1 since it seems like all the other pking in this server is gonna be same old rsce. I really dont have time to grind myself retarded buildups on multiple accounts, park them in wild and then try to pk. So this sounds like a cool idea!

Good question. The answer is that multi loggers will be forced to use up hundreds of thousands of GP in runes, arrows, pots, and fish in order to kill people in the safe zone, and they will receive nothing in return. If they decide to use their resources to multi log pk in the safe zone, they're more than welcome too.
If you die in the safe zone to multi loggers, the great thing is that you can teleport there over and over without losing your gear, so it wastes multi-loggers items. That will prevent 95% of them from pking there regularly. It will of course happen on occasion, but you can just laugh it off, as you won't lose anything. A side note: Learn to develop an appreciation for people who log multiple characters for pking, as they're the ones who keep real pking alive, and it takes a lot of skill to use multiple characters at once.
It's frustrating to lose to one dude on 2 or 3 characters, but they practice to develop a legal edge against people who aren't as willing to devote the time to become good at it. If you wish, consider creating a few of your own pkers to park strategically in wilderness areas so that you can fight off multi loggers. It needs to be fair game, otherwise we're punishing the people who commit the most time to training pkers.

Real wilderness pking will never die, because outside the safe zone, you can kill pkers for their gear and then rub a meaningful kill in their face. That's what keeps all of the regular pkers involved. A Safe Zone will only supplement "real" pking.

What do you mean? It's a spot for pking, not training. It's not intended to be filled with tons of NPCs to afk on. Just a spot to pk at where you keep your inventory upon death.

everyone is flats or close to it already and its been a month only. its for pking not for training. 15/16x xp doesnt really matter anyways lol cant believe someone thinks like that. we talkin pkin here not skilling, back to mining you go
