What is loud to sleep? Are you asking can they change it so you can sleep during combat?

dont think its a good idea, used to be a bug with sleeping in combat that could be used in stakes to run from them

You can sleep without having to run away from NPC crowd tho. When u get the sleeping screen just press space + enter twice. So the next NPC wont register it when a new sleep word appears and you can sleep while being in combat.
