World not accepting new players? Well have no worries world gets wild sometimes!

Can't open RSCE_Launcher.jar all of a sudden. any ideas?

The .jar doesn't respond to double clicking so I tried through terminal.
Just started happening about 20 minutes ago. It is set as executable in permissions. I'm running Zorin OS 12.2. Thanks for any input. Java version 1.8

Hey Tylerc420,

- Please delete any / all versions of the "RSCE_Launcher.jar" you have downloaded.
- Please uninstall any / all versions of Java you have installed.
- Download and install JDK 1.8 (Java 8).
- Download the new RSCE_Launcher.jar from here.
- Try opening RSCE_Launcher.jar again.

If the above does not work, please post again here, and we will go over some more troubleshooting steps.

No luck. So weird because it was working fine, and then i went to open a third client the launcher would say loading jagex files or w.e. it says and would be stuck at 95%  ,this happened like 10-15 times, and then the launcher would not open at all.

If you have teamviewer and are comfortable with me remote accessing your device, under your supervision of course, I will be able to assist you with your issue.
