Greetings Adventurers,

While we patiently await the highly anticipated relaunch of RSCEmulation, we are pleased to announce that we are the only certified "secure", RuneScape Classic private server.

What does this mean?

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

Rest assured, we value your privacy and security, here at RSCEmulation. Please refer to the little green "padlock" in the URL bar, or the "McAffee" secure icon on the bottom right hand side of this website for reference.

I also would like to hear what have you done to avoid the clients that players have been using for botting...
This should be one of the priorities that there is no way bot

Hello. To be completely honest with you, there's no way to be fully protected from "bot clients".

We will add bot detection methods of course, but we will also make the game have a lot of QoL updates, which will make it pointless and worthless to bot. Let's put it this way, there's too much risk using a bot client and get your character(s) permanently banned, so instead using the original client and make use of the official server features like batching etc and be safe keeping your account in a healthy status.

For real, botting is just a temporary fix. Is reporting still going to be subscriber only ?

You know, a message that pops up for staff members similar to the one we used to receive for when a player would accidentally get themselves banned by inputting 10 incorrect sleep words, might not be such a bad idea...
