When I use the client on WiFi it work just fine no issue at all but when I use my phones mobile data they client won't load at all or the website won't work either I'm stumped on this? Everything else works it's not a data issue either.

This is odd. Do you have a firewall active on your mobile device? Also, who is the provider of your mobile phone?

I can't find where a firewall is blocking it I don't have any active and still doesn't stop it. Only thing active is a popular blocker and the client and webpage works just fine on the WiFi without changing any settings. My provider is cricket.
I don't understand what's stopping it like that. The client will work on mobile data if I have it pulled up from WiFi but I can't  pull it back up if I close it out.

On mobile data, what connection speeds are you getting (3G, LTE, 4G)? You can download an app called "Speedtest", run it, and paste me the results here please.

I have 4LTE im not having a connection issue. I have just got a new phone now too same issue. Im thinking its some type of firewall on the mobile data or something but i cant find out where.  If i load up the cient on wifi then turn it off the client wont work on mobile data.

If you got a new phone using the same provider (mobile network) and are experiencing the same issues, my guess would be a block on the providers end. You can always call their customer support and find out.

My provider is cricket it doesnt block anything els i try to go on that is just strange that it only blocks this
Ill try and see if i can figure something out and it works on data if the client is loaded up i can switch to mobile data and it works but i cant load the client up on mobile data doesnt get past checking for updates

As Pyru already stated it is a block on your carrier's end. The information you're generally forced to agree to prior to starting your cellular service will detail how and what you are allowed to use their data for. I don't think calling them will net you any positive results speaking from my own experience working around carrier loopholes but you can try this route or simply keep following your own work around by first connecting and loading the client with WiFi access; then enable mobile data.

Also, a VPN could provide assistance here in accessing the things your carrier has blocked. Consequently, you may find the VPN is blocked as well but it can be an option / fix for some with these issues.
