Democracy shall prevail! I can't figure out how to post a poll, but at least we can have an initial discussion.

I think that low lvl pking will help welcome new players as a very accessible advertisement to this server's pk community. Personally I vote for either 20s or 30s or anywhere from 20-40 really.  I prefer castle pking to border, but I think with enough people or with big teams there's no reason low lvls can't pk at cas. 20-30s is better than low lvl mages because not everyone is born with rhythm/casting skills and better than 40s and 50s because you cap stats quicker and don't go broke by forgetting to prot your 1 r2h. (also pks more r2h pks)

All it takes is some organization of the players. We don't need staff to set up events (capture the flag anyone?) or set rules (maybe no 40 pray mages if we go 38)

Any 2 rival clans at any given level will do, so where the leaders at? I'm not rich or active enough to lead a clan, but hit me up if you want to co-found a low lvl clan with me.
