The cart driver in Shilo village is a way 1trip,  from Shilo to brimhaven.  Id like to suggest the addition of  a 2nd cart driver buy the docks in brimhaven,  this cart driver would escort you to do shilo village,  make it a 1k fee to use it (it could be 10k i would still use it to avoid that walk).  only usable after completion of shilo village quest.
