Add 'Buy' offers; Auction House

Title says it would be great to see a section of the auction house devoted to players who want to post 'buying' offers. When sellers go to the auction house to list their items they can check the buy offers first and may be able to get them sold on the spot!

Also, this will allow for newcomers to get ideas for quick income and resources they can go collect to fill some 'buy' offers!

Can I get an Amen?

Agree with the idea,  but i don't like how the ah is set up, the lowest guy is always undercut.
I know everyone hates bringing osrs or rs3 into the server but they got it right with the grand exchange.

But make it so all buy offers get shown, so that.  An older offer has a chance to be seen even if somebody places a higher offer
