Alright lets start a general discussion here because i've watched the server and i've seen that since the event drop parties the population downward spiraled like no other since.
this is a private server of runescape classic. Take a look at other private servers of runescape games, they add custom items.
Here's a big idea for you pyru, add new tier weapons and armors. 60 being the strongest a weapon we can use? kinda... pathetic. look at stork pk. You had a massive population on there, good pking all around. the community... yeah toxic as hell but what private server isn't here and there?
My suggestion on adding new gear you could do it in a multitude of ways:
make it only buyable through gem store (would be kinda not a good idea as it makes u look money hungry)
Make it craftable somehow by mining, smelting, forging it
Make it buyable in a store from an npc for in game gold
The list could be added but i can't think of any other ways as of now.
Feel free to leave your opinions, i'd like to see if pyru will understand that the server is indeed dying slowly. the pking is very scarce so most pkers turn towards killing only afkers. I don't pk at all but i would if new items were implemented. I've got 61m attack exp easy on my main in the less than 2 months i've played on here and that should prove that we should up max stat from 99 to something higher maybe.
You're playing with a private server here, not the real deal. The REAL runescape classic was an unfinished mess and that's why they went with rs2 instead.

I am all for suggestions, but ultimately, it's what the community as a whole want. If you suggest this update (adding custom armor / weapons) and 75% of the community disagrees with it, then the update is as good as nothing. We try to implement things that will benefit the community and game as a whole, while trying to not bring the servers direction towards RuneScape 2.

With that also being said, people don't want to "adapt", they dislike major changes. If we implement new armor and weapons, people who are happy with their staker / pker / hybrid builds, will probably have to find different builds, pay for subscription cards / gems to reduce experience, or have to train up new characters. That can also be a major downside to this suggestion.

I don't think the server is "dying", I do however notice a large decrease in activity, but that can be fixed. I appreciate your suggestion and will monitor this thread to see the responses it receives.

Actually it was  created on my ip and no one beside me had ever logged in on it..nor had I ever shared with anyone or given my password out...and my pass on this server is different than any other....get your facts straight bro
