Possibly. Thing is, 2010 was "v1", then there was "v2", which will include a lot of duplicates. We will have to remove duplicates from the databases combined.
Well there was some dupes back in the days, but they got fixed pretty fast. Somehow, Im not sure if I want items xferd, or just the accounts since it will infiltriate the economy. ppl having bills getting xfered and so on.
Its up to you guys tho.. But I would love to see my 9 year old accounts again.. Do you even have access to that database? Or? How is it even possible?

Is this for skills or just combat? Can't remember my v1 name but I have the e-mail used.
If for skills - why would I need to bother skilling with my current main, know what I mean, when I ale? Same thing with rev transfers.
I for one think it would help our economy if there were more resources dropped by npcs. (ore, bars, fish, ect....) the guys that are skilling are having a hard time getting resources with the lack of players and this leads to a decrease in players. I also think we have seen a drop in online players simply because ppl are no longer training 4, 5, 6 chars at a time we have finished chars. I know you guys have been interviewing mods, but I cant stress enough there needs to be a mod on at all time or as close to as possible. Give them rares have them throw events. I don't care if this floods the rare market to be honest. for whatever reason pixels get us all excited no matter how many there are in the game. implement a daying lottery where you get a random prize, from trout to phat. something to get excitement. Pk nights with themes, such as lvls or dueling night. would rather see these things tried and failed than see nothing at all. When I think of the best days of v2 it was the event mods doing most the work not the devs, let us help you but we don't have the gp or rares in the game for players to donate for these events that's where we need your help
I also think the community has some responsibility. We have to improve our toxic ways, (me included). If someone kills you don't flip the fuck out. if you kill someone don't be such a cock. We all love this game or we wouldn't be playing a 20 year old game right? So why do we treat each other so shitty? In the end blaim the devs all you want we ruin servers the way we act faster than anything.... totally agree with flooding the economy with pixels. You had record highs online when..... you had a week long drop of pixels! Active mods seem to be a problem since theres no events. Give mods a special banker for events with all sorts of rares/gp/pk gear. Monitor it! Trade logs, video evidence of event + what was won. Theres no harming this server anymore with rares as 1% of the population holds 95% of rares.
Buff the legends guild, drop parties/events, add a few more rune rocks/magic trees somewhere, nerf nature runes drop, dungeons with high level mobs that require certain level skills to get to (agility, mining, thieving, etc), dragon 2h or dragon chain?
How far away are we wanting to go from the true RSC feel?

They need to be classified as easy, medium, hard, and possibly legendary achievements/tasks. - To combat against farmers, make it to where you do not get credit towards your achievement for killing someone with the same name every 5-10 mins and you do not get any credit if you kill someone on the same IP as you
5) Titles (much like clan names, just place the text on top or alongside the name) - Most of these can be rewarded from quests/achievements
6) Some form of distractions & diversions (clue scrolls, for instance)
7) Continued effort on border pking (achievements could assist with this; kill 100 skulled players in level 3 wilderness or below)

Although i agree with 99% of it, i need the new content or I'll simply stop playing after max. I feel like adding new spells, prayers or whatever it may be in the combat realm, makes a lot of people who are here soley for pking turn shoulder and walk away. (This is a pking server right?) This could be done for outside of wilderness combat, or on p2p days.... but we would have to tread lightly. We have to make a decision here, how far from rsc are we willing to stray? I already have a 2600 total account on rs3, if i wanted this to be like rs2 i would just play on it. As far as dailies, and new titles, i like the idea. It would keep me logging in daily and add a little of that end game content i desire.

I believe the game moved to rs2 due to graphical changes and combat changes (eating in combat/no fatigue). I don't believe adding prayers would negatively affect pking, considering those given prayer levels would grant extra combat levels to achieve.
The thing I loved about rsc was its simplicity. I don't think the game needs new armor/weapons (fucks with pvp big time), but I do think there should be a reason for me to want to get levels after a certain level (think anything past 40 prayer). You can make these prayers p2p so it doesn't mess with the regular days, or only allow them in deep wild where the risk is much higher anyways. All opinion thus far - thank you for your input.

Especially on something like agility where there is literally no benefit outside of being able to cross an obstacle. If there was like an additional run speed boost at certain levels, maybe, but that'd be way too op for catching in wild.
But again, that was one of the downfalls of actual RSC. Progression felt non-existent after certain levels.
Still is the downfall, I've been asking for a wall crossing in yanille south wall for months now to help with soul running. I don't care if it's 99 agility... lol
Pegi give me a timeline on v1, v2, rev, all the times this server had reset/started. Me beingv rather new i'm not sure what version i played previously. If it get people paying again, i see no harm in bringing accounts over from other versions. Stats only.

i think the general idea should be that whatever it takes to get people playing, it should be done. it doesn't really matter what it is and the fact is that the more people there are, the more valuable it is to spend your time in here.
funniest part is the fact that if you make a poll about something which would possibly bring back alot of people or make this server more populated in general, there's always certain amount of people against it because they feel it's unfair or something. now they want this more populated, but what they're actually willing to do for it? basically answer is nothing and i'd suggest everyone swallowing their egos, and thinking the big picture instead of their little ass who is just 1 piece of the whole puzzle.
Edit: and answering to your question, V1 ended about 2014 i think. V2 did open like august 2014 and continued couple of years from there.
