Can't log in playing on the Android app it keeps saying invalid name or password. I even changed my password and says the same thing

There is no issue with our android application. Have you tried logging in on the website, with the forum account you created, and changing the in-game password to your character(s)?

i can log on to the forums just fine but the android app said wrong info

Well, go to your character management screen, and change the password to something else. Remember to not use special characters (ie: *, _ etc). Also, there is a limit to how many characters you can use, which is between 4 and 16.
