Have you uninstalled any other version of java you had / have installed? I would do that, redownload java from here. Once you have finished that, run the jarfix app which was linked in the thread you followed, re-download the launcher and try again.

Let me know if you get it working. If you still cannot, I would be more than happy to assist you via teamviewer.

Nope have not. But I'll redownload java later. The Oracle page is broke it seems.

I dug around. I must have a hidden java version somewhere.

'Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: org/rscemulation/loader/Main : Unsupported major.minor version 52.0'

I'll do a redownload when I can. 🙂
