Hi guys! I played classic the original as a kid and i thought it was lost forever until i discovered this! I work about 12 hrs a day and i have my own office and wanted to play this. I have java downloaded on this comp. but when i go to open the client it literally opens like a flsh and closes an thats all it ever does..
i went to the actual runescape site ( by the way runescape 3 i believe they call it? AWFUL) but it lets me open the client AND play it.. someoe PLEASE help! this would be like a dream come true lol
Please uninstall ANY/ALL versions of Java you currently have installed (through control panel). Once you've done this, please install Oracle Java 8. Once that is installed, please also run Jarfix (this will fix your file type associations for .jar files, which are trying to open with winrar/winzip).
