I have downloaded the client down loader, updated my java, and when I click launch it opens the client window but is all white.

Uninstall java and everything related to it properly, using the uninstaller. Then download correct jre version for your OS here http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/ & 33155.html

This happens with certain GPU's. Thats why you may have to downgrade java.

If this sounds too difficult, let me know what operating system you are running (assuming Windows 10?)
