To attract 'new' players the website needs to be swinging and dancing first.
The bring back players that have fled to Rev, the combat system needs sorting.
Once the cb system has been looked it, i'm sure players will come back as no1 likes the changed shit on rev.

Pyru has kept this as close to classic as possible as regards items, but introduced the skill rates so that players that want to pk and stake can do so quickly by training their characters.

There's no point in showcasing events or advertising 100% yet without the face of the server not complete, the website.
Trust me, it will be worth it when it comes.

And when it does, all new video content can be added to show the events we have. Attracting players to return to us.

Yea i know it's a rocky road, and that I'm new to the server, so i don't have all the in-depth info on all the twists and turns. But the fact is that the effort that we, as a community, push towards it now, is the thing that will make the growing possible...eventually.
People won't be coming overnight, and the videos for example don't appear in a day. If you make two 5min videos, you gotta have hours and hours of footage..

We've had events with good turn outs before. All good games too. Specific areas have been created for some aswell.
Its getting the numbers to participate and then to record.

I was told I didn’t throw enough events. It’s a little hard to throw one when the same 6 people multi log to take part.
Ideally an announcement made via discord on forum with a timer would benefit everyone so that they can prepare to be online and plan around it. Instead of a spirit of the moment thing. A lot miss out then.

Mod Aussie is from the UK and is the only one in Europe now if I’m correct. Can’t remember where Cat is from.
To bring back players we need the fundamentals in place first. With a solid staff team. And no bickering. Each mod wants what’s best for everyone. Shame I wasn’t given the chance for the long haul.

We had the same problem in the beginning with a helbreath server I started back in the days, but when you just stay active and throw like 2 events per week, one for the EU and one for NA so everyone in every timezone can get their piece of action. Same time, same day, every week, it will get you to the spot you want to. Just takes time, and gives good footage for other platforms. But still, we can "if" this all we want, without someone to be able to do it.

Yeah, and the devs need to be transparent with the community. Create a roadmap on how things will go and with that keep us all posted on the progress.
