i try to extract on winrar doesnt work, i tried opening with javaclient and still doesnt work

Hello Balzy,

- Please ensure you have Java 8 installed.
- Run jarfix (which fixes your java type associations).
- Right-click and open with Java RunTime Environment or simply double click the RSCE_Launcher.jar file.
