Transfers will be re-opened sometime in the future. No time table for this has been announced as of yet. The Legend's Guild has been re-modified to better include some of the amenities from the past.

I have not given any ETA on v1 transfers as of yet. I do however plan on re-introducing them as soon as I finish up with the remaining bugs and updates in store.

When I open up transfers again, there is a good probability that RSCLegacy transfers will be included.
