The stat panel sometimes bugs when hitting restore. All you need to do is click strength - then + to restore your hp level. If that doesn't work try attack then defense. I do not recommend doing this if you are a 1x character, though. If any issues like this arise on a 1x character I recommend contacting a staff member so we can correct it.
We're in the process of deciding what to do with the panel, whether to fix it or remove it completely as it has given us a few issues since it's release.
