I should've been after rakubeat after I maxed mage XP on 'Day Is Done'. Somehow I've been placed third. Wonder if it had something to do with having low XP left for the max on last hit and the remaining that didn't register still counted somehow after casting high lvl spell right before max? That or from backed exp from times I've statted down? Just didn't want to be in position in Highscores not rightfully mine.
Happened to me. Was 1st in woodcutting then once "Sample" gets 200m, I suddenly got bumped to 2nd place. That's not how it should work. Whoever reached the top first should stay there and not get kicked.
I have 2 suspicions on why this could possibly occur, though admin/developer can investigate to confirm true cause:
1. There's a hidden xp counter that goes beyond 200m, though it only shows 200m. Technically, with enough mage xp gained beyond 200m, you could move up rank.
2. The rank is based on account creation date. If someone who created account earlier than you obtains 200m xp in the skill that you have gotten prior, his/her account will outrank your account that was created later than him/her.
Regardless, this is just wrong and whoever got 200m xp in that skill first SHOULD stay first and not get booted out like that. I can only hope there are plans to fix this.
Agreed, Einlanzer. Say one has 1 XP left until 200M XP and they cast a spell with 3.6K XP, it somehow registers but just doesn't appear but I'm 100% with you, should be first. Raku was above me.
@raku, Joey is simple song you should learn. It standard, capo third finger picked. Saw your video BTW. Good stuff.
K back to topic. Agreed, Einlanzer. Figured I'd post to throw some light on the situation.
We are aware of the highscore discrepancies and will try to address this in our next Staff meeting and perhaps see if it can be planned for the near future. Thank you for the query and input, gentlemen.
