Greetings RSCEmulation Patrons!

As yet another calendar year winds down, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you personally for your continued support and loyalty. We truly feel we have the best community in the Runescape Classic scene, and there is nothing we look forward to more than bringing in the new calendar year with our fellow enthusiasts.

The Undead Viking

Now for the fun part! We are bursting at the seam to announce the official release of the much-anticipated Undead Viking NPC! This new NPC boss is officially the strongest and most challenging NPC in-game. Move over Dragon Medium Helmets! With that challenge comes the allure of the Viking Helmet, which as of now is the best rated helmet in the game. This will not be an easy item to loot; the grinders of this community should take great pleasure in accepting this challenge. Best of luck in challenging the Undead Viking; caution is recommended, as the path will not be a walk in the park, for he is well-guarded. And most importantly, and perhaps telling: this lair is located in WILDERNESS territory.

Custom Party Hats

We are also pleased to announce the return and reintroduction of the Custom Colored Party Hats. These were a big hit in V2, and we are confident that they will be highly sought after and worn with pride. Edgesitting just got a lot more competitive!

Runecrafting

Runecrafting is now fixed and ready to go!

Castle Wars Map

We now have a map implemented to support many different styles of PKing events, wars, and battles. We hope you enjoy it!

New Year's Event

There will be a mystery event planned for New Year's that will run in a time frame which will allow the majority of the server the opportunity in which to participate. Details have not yet been announced, as we want it to be a surprise.

Minor Addition(s)

Level 13 Wilderness Altar has been added to the portal options around the map.

Closing Statement

As you can see, we have been working diligently to have these ready for New Year's. These changes will be reflected in-game within the next 24 hours. Please bear with us while we put the finishing touches on the update.
