Its about time bitches we make 61s affordable again, along with this suggestion which might make it too a vote I recommend better npc drops and less force farm shit like usual... facts from v2 to now on 61s -no d axe no d long switching no quest required making it easier to obtain a dlong not worry about that issue... -no pl8 quest or availability for 61s you can use same req's as v2 33+magic making undesirable for 61s... -no ammy switching because as we all know there are old staking bots people can use ive seen videos you've seen videos we all have seen what can happen with these bots and we also know they are still using staker bots if not now worse than ever why keep that system? -cb formula? can keep formula if you like i suppose but i would reccomend bringing back the old formula for timing etc has anyone noticed if you switch modes doesn't even take effect till like 3 moves later the cb system isn't fixed... but atleast a few reccomendations if anyone likes any of them please comment or respond and it will go to a vote. -Unholy1
I like the ideas. Anything to help fend off stake bots I am for it! Although I haven't played v1 or v2 so I wouldn't know about the previous 61 formula but it would be cool to see a bigger stake scene. Id like to see this because it's hard now for new players to get into staking with the GP it costs. Plus the botting which is why I own a staker but I try not stake for these reasons.
how the fuck you're going to make staking affordable again? isn't the millions you're losing the biggest cost, so how about spending them somewhere else?
staking should be just an extra way of spending time in this game, not the main priority of playing this game and all of this just makes me believe you're taking it way too seriously.
Plate Pures have been around since the beginning of RSC, for the first several months of release the map was transferable and again when RS2 was released they were made on a mass scale with the RS2/RSC bank transfers. Being unable to switch takes all the skill out of staking. Practice your switching.

^ This.
Some of 61 (actually all staking) is luck but the other part is being able to switch properly, why go back to the boring way where all you literally do is sit there and pray you win? I personally like the fact that it takes some skill to win the stake. Also, nothing about 61's have ever been "affordable".
It's too good of a gold sink.... i say keep it the way it is for buying rights to equipment. I can't really comment on the switching. Maybe a stake option that says "no switching" is the best option?

When server opened prices were WAY too high, it's very reasonable now with prices being lowered twice and server being a few months old. Every single 61 I've seen switches no problem. From what I've seen it all seems extemely balanced, even the best guys I've seen for months will lose 4-5x in a row some days. There is a lot of RNG staking any level.
The main thing that gets people cleaned is lack of bankroll management. Guys like Yuri and Tadas come out on top at any level, any rules on every server, simply because they have a lot of patience. Original poster got cleaned and raging. Plain and simple.

I am only for the idea that we should have more options during the duel screen, I agree that switching is a must have skill of staking. But maybe some options for "enable no switching ammys allowed" or just no switch at all.. or something. I am unsure if the original poster got cleaned and is raging, but people are obviously using staking bots, how do you cut down on these?

I personally like the idea of being able to toggle switching in the stake screen. To me this is the fairest way. Then people can still stake with switching and without.

Let's make it an option in the wilderness to turn off magic because some guys cast too well. Let's make an autocatch option too for guys that can't catch. Let's make it so there's no prayer too. Some guys might have a prayer toggler bot to preserve prayer.
I also feel that adding another option so you can pick wether you want to allow "switching" on and off etc. It evens out the tables for some people, especially the ones newer to the community enjoying the staking scene from the outside and wanting to give it a shot.
