Merry Christmas Friends and Family!

We would like to start off by thanking each and every one of you for your continued support of RSCEmulation. We are extremely proud of the progress we have made this year and it wouldn't be that way without you guys.

In addition to the Christmas Eve drop party,  please take the time to read what else we have in store for you all! These events will run from

December 24th - 3PM ET / 12AM PT / 2PM CT / 8PM UTC
to
December 26th - 12PM ET / 9AM PT/ 11AM CT / 5PM UTC

New Rares

Below are the new rares being released.  Black Santa Hat, Santa Suit and we've also had a brand new Candy Cane created.

We've have decided it's a good time to utilize the unreleased "Present" item. Simply click to open to see what is inside.

Upon opening, you'll know if you've been NAUGHTY or NICE by the gift you receive.
If you've been NICE you will have a chance to receive one of the four new rares or different amounts of Coins.
If you've been NAUGHTY you will receive COAL 😉
NOTE: Presents will NOT be tradable to other players
Didn't get what you were hoping for? DON'T STRESS, there will be more than enough opportunities to get more to try your chances.

Snowball Fights

What better way to bring back the childhood memories than to be playing RSCE + throwing snowballs at each others faces?
This is an event that a member of the Staff team will organize when they have the free time! A variety of prizes will be handed out to the winning team, including presents. It is up to the Staff to decide what they'd like to hand out as prizes.
Please note: Snowballs will only damage another player if they're in the wilderness or where snowball fights are held.

HOW IT WORKS

- These events will be for LVL 3's only
- A member of the staff team will announce globally and set the event to the location, bringing food will be DISABLED
- Once you're at the event location, teams will be chosen randomly
- The Staff member will place food in your inventory automatically
- The Staff member will toggle the Snowball function on
- You will be summoned out onto the battlefield, during this time, right click and select "Make a snowball" (5 are made at a time). Make sure you stock up before the event starts!

Note: Players can hold a max of 200 snowballs at a time
-  When the Staff member says GO, start the fight! Click/tap the snowball in your inventory then click/tap on a player on the opposing team to throw a snowball at them. Repeat until your team has defeated the other.
- The winning team with last men standing will receive the prize(s).

Secret Santa Event

Santa is coming to the world of RSCE! He's here to hand out Presents to those who have been NAUGHTY and NICE

Once enabled, players will see this notification appear in-game

After this, Santa will appear at a random player once every 10 minutes or so to give them a Present.
If the chosen player is in the Wilderness, Santa will not appear so he doesn't interrupt the PKing. In this case you'll receive a message at the bottom of your screen and the Present will be automatically deposited in your bank.

Prior to appearing, Santa will announce globally who he has chosen to receive his gift.

Drop Tables

The following NPC's drop tables have been edited to include Presents : Red dragons, Black demons, Black Dragons, Undead Viking and Chaos Imp

Small fixes

[-] Original Candy Canes have been adjusted to sit more proper on the player when wielded
[-] Issue where P2P spells weren't allowed to be used in Edgeville Dungeon/Red Dragons/Fire Giant Lair has been fixed
[-] If item is stackable, players can now input how much they want to donate to the Drop Party chest rather than it taking the whole amount from their inventory
[-] Range follow has been removed. If a player is not within distance of their opponent, they will be forced to walk closer to them. Also, your character will no longer automatically follow your opponent if they're not within distance.
[-] Chaos Imp HP/random spawn issue fixed
[-] Blocking/Unblocking Lottery notifications will now save your preference upon logging out
[-] Fixed batch for Swordfish only spot at Skill Island
[-] Unicorn horn and Red Spider eggs have been added to Chaos Druids and Hobgoblins drop tables
