Can we ban or put a stop to account sharing.

In my short time back i've learnt that alot of PKers within the same clan's account share?

I think its unfair for people who want to enjoy whats left of RSC but if they go in the wild all of a sudden a single person has access to 30 characters of different levels to get the upper hand.
